National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD)

National CAPACD is the first national advocacy organization dedicated to addressing the community development needs of diverse and rapidly growing AAPI communities. We are a membership-based network of more than 100 organizations and individuals in 17 states that serve Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, Native Hawaiians, refugees and immigrants nationwide.

Chhaya Community Development Corporation (Chhaya CDC)

is a community-based non-profit organization focused on improving access to housing opportunities, resources, and information for South Asian Americans throughout New York City and the metropolitan area. Based in Queens, Chhaya provides key housing and immigrant services to South Asian newcomers, including tenant rights assistance and counseling; community education on a wide range of housing-related issues; foreclosure prevention counseling, homeownership counseling; assistance with housing discrimination; systemic advocacy on housing-related issues; and media work on key community issues.
